Hampstead UNITEd METHODIST POWER KIDS & YOUTH

COME AS YOU ARE!

We are a community of elementary aged kids, middle schoolers and high schoolers who are in the process of becoming better disciples of Christ.  We face struggles with our families, teachers and friends.  We question the world we live in.  We have blessings and joys we want to share, and we have doubts.  Doubt is not the opposite of faith; it is part of the faith journey.  Join us on Sunday evenings during the school year as we tackle the issues that confront us each day.  Come and celebrate our accomplishments of the week.  Together, let us try to find and explore the path on to which God is leading us.  The Gospel of Luke tells us that if we seek, we will find; if we ask, we will receive.  Join us.  Our elementary aged kids meet on Sundays from 4-6 pm, and our Youth meet from 5-7 pm.  Together, they share in fellowship with a meal as a large group each week! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Director of Children and Youth Ministries, Jaime Alberti for more information at HUMCYouth@hampsteadumc.org.

our mission

open hearts, open minds, open doors

To speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show every courtesy to everyone.

Titus 3:2-7

To walk with youth in their journey to know Christ by creating an environment in which youth can experience Christian communion, to hear the gospel, to know God's love, and to respond in faith by loving and serving others...for in all of this we are making disciples of Jesus Christ.
